My father a Texas navy admiral, also highly involved with the USPS got me involved in the boating world when I was just a kid. I’m currently a merchant mariner and A.S.A charter captain and instructor. Upon purchasing my Columbia 26 “Kefee” I was informed about the BOC organization. It seems very appealing to me and I’m interested in getting involved
